Terms & Conditions

• The Party shall reimburse Photographer for any additional costs the photographer may incur for travel, meals,and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance  of these service.

• It The deposit  is not be refundable if client cancels or changes the engagement .if the photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above , the deposit shall be refunded to the client.

• The photographer shall be available to the client on CD,DVD or PD. Client has unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs and may print or use them in any way the see fit.
• The client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired  Photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/ or scenes  to be photographed, taking time to pose for the photographs at the  photographer’s  direction; per shoot consultation etc. the photographer shall not be responsible for the photographs not taken as a result of the client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.

• The Photographer retain copyright in the photographs , and hereby grants the client unlimited but non-exclusive right to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays.

• The Clint shall bear all the cost if more than extra work done as per the client required.                      ( Like : Extra Album Sheets as per the paper cost, Edited Vedio as per video Quality cost will charge per hour Edited Vedio etc. )
• The above said  Photography Package  shall be  paid before the Event chq./RTGS/NEFT/Cash.
• Praty shall bond to pay Photography Package for the three part mode of payment schedule Ist- 40% Advance, IInd- 40% Before starting the event & rest 20% amount paid when the soft photography data will provided by the photographer & party will finally select his photo.

•  All  taxes (if any)  imposed  by state / central Gov. imposed  in respect  of above said  Photography shall be borne by party .

• Party shall be  liable for all short of damages which may arise during  the event & photographer shall not be responsible for any such Calamities.
• Party shall be bound  to make  timely payments due under this agreement.
• Both  party  agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
• Disputes ( if any ) between  the parties to this agreement shall be subject to courts of kanpur  jurisdiction only.
